No ice here! thankfully!

Just checking in on folks, from the looks of things some of TN and LOTS of KY is getting hit with ice and snow mix..  YUCK..    so far we have just rain, thankfully!!!   

If you are in one of those places that is getting ice, I hope you are able to stay off the roads...    If you have to travel, please stay safe!!

 No ice here either.   Now I have to go to work . . . on time even!  

Maaaaan, cut us some weather slack!  It has been YEARS since I've had a snow day. Waaaaaaah!

 We got some ice. The kids are on a 2 hour delay from school. Its bending the tree branches. Kinda pretty.

I'm right across the state line in Ky and we are covered in ice.  We couldn't get out of the driveway this morning because our neighbors tree was hanging down in my driveway, it was so heavy with ice.  Lost our lights for a couple hours and I don't have any cell service, which is our only phone.  Luckily I'm laid off work this week so I didn't have to go in.
